The terms, in plain words

The default structure is hybrid, CPA plus RevShare. CPA only and RevShare only are both available, approved case by case. Whatever we agree is written down before a single link goes live.

A minimum deposit of USD On request equivalent plus the wagering requirement on that deposit. Commission on that player starts from there.

Gross gaming revenue minus bonuses, chargebacks, payment processing fees and gaming duties. That is the number RevShare is calculated on.

Chargebacks carry a On request day window from the transaction: inside that window the commission on the affected player is reversed. Self exclusion or an underage account has no window, it is reversed whenever it surfaces. Multi accounting caught by device or payment fingerprint does not count either.

Monthly, closing On request days after the month ends. Minimum payout USD On request, and anything below it rolls forward. No negative carryover: a balance never crosses into the next period as a debt.

First touch: the commission belongs to the affiliate whose link brought the player in first. The cookie window is being confirmed with our tracking provider and we publish it once it is settled, not before.
